Paleo Bread with Yeast Recipe
INGREDIENTS
3 cups - blanched almond flour
3 cups - almond meal
2/3 cup - tapioca Flour
2/3 cup - arrowroot Flour
2 tsp - active dry yeast
3 - large eggs
2 tbsp - apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp - pure honey
¼ cup - extra virgin coconut oil, melted
7/8 cups (200ml) - warm water
1 tsp - salt

PREPARATIONS
1. Pour warm water into a mixing bowl and the sprinkle yeast. Stir and keep in room temperature for 5 minutes.
2. Add the wet ingredients to the proofed yeast. Mix using rubber/spatula.
3. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
4. Pour the batter mix into a greased standard-sized loaf pan. Spread out the top evenly.
5. Keep in room temperature for 1 hour.
6. Preheat your oven to 350F.
7. Bake for 55-65 minutes, check doneness with a toothpick.
